ESTATE OF MICHELE K. BELL, Deceased.
CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Michele K. Bell, of Hudson, Illinois. The Independent Representative of the Estate is Matthew S. Bell, whose address is 242 E. Ziebarth Road, Normal, Illinois 61761, and whose attorney is John L. Pratt of Meyer Capel, A Professional Corporation, 201 E. Grove Street, Suite 100, Bloomington, Illinois 61701. The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the McLean County Circuit Clerk pursuant to instructions found on the Circuit Clerk's website. Claims may be filed on or before August 13, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the independent Representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Claims may be e-filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the McLean County Law and Justice Center, Room 404, 104 West Front Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701, or claims may be filed with the Independent Representative, or both, if e-filed with the Clerk, the claimant must, within 10 days, mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the Independent Representative and to his or her attorney and e-file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
