Request for Bids Road Surface Markings for Parking & Traffic Control Central Business District Morrison, Illinois The City of Morrison is requesting bids from qualified contractors for road surface parking and traffic control markings within its Central Business District (CBD). The project includes concrete surface preparation, striping and paint markings, traffic and parking control during project, and site cleanup/ restoration. Work will take place within the CBD boundaries of Lincolnway, North Clinton Street, North Orange Street, and Market Street (excluding markings on those boundary streets). The project is expected to begin as soon as possible, weather permitting. Contractors must submit a detailed cost estimate, proposed timeline, and warranty information, and be prepared to provide references, proof of insurance, and relevant licenses. Proposals are due by March 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to City Administrator Brian Melton.
