NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rock Falls, Whiteside County, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on March 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Rock Falls City Hall, located at 603 W. 10th Street, Rock Falls, Illinois 61071, to consider changes to the City of Rock Falls Zoning Code. The change being considered pertains to authorizing tattoo parlors and cannabis dispensaries within B-1, B-2 and MU-1 zoning districts within the City. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide comment. Copies of the proposed change may be obtained at the office of the Building Official of the City of Rock Falls.
