Ogle County Request for Proposal Notice Ogle County is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the Ogle County Memorial Plaza Project at 105 South 5th Street in Oregon, IL. All RFP submissions must be in the form prescribed by Ogle County and must be made in accordance with the RFP. The RFP is available by contacting Larson & Darby Group at documentadmin@larsondarby.com or 815-484-0739 - Office located at 4949 Harrison Avenue, Suite 100, Rockford, IL 61109 - Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., or may be downloaded from the Ogle County website, www.oglecounty.org. Sealed submittals for this contract must be received before Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. at the Office of the County Clerk, 105 South 5th Street, Suite 104, Oregon, IL 61061. Cost proposals and associated paperwork must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Ogle County Memorial Plaza Project Proposal". Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Stephen Nelson, AIA, LEED AP via email at snelson@larsondarby.com. No oral clarifications or amendments to this RFP shall be binding on the county. Any amendments, addenda, or modifications shall be sent in writing to all firms that have registered as a plan holder.
