CASE NO. 2026-PR-000003 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of KENNETH H. SHORT on December 15 2025, and Letters of Office were issued on February 17, 2026, to ALRICK H. SHORT of 327 E. Mound Street, Havana, Illinois 62644, whose attorney is Powers Law, P.C., 408 Court St, Pekin, IL 61554, and HAROLD L. SHORT of 1823 Wagonseller Road, Green Valley, Illinois 61534, whose attorney is Black, Black & Brown, 115 Washington Square, Washington IL 61571, Independent Co-Executors. Claims may be filed on or before the 25th day of August 2026 or six months from the date of the first publication of this Claim Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County Courthouse, 342 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554 or with the representative, or both. Within ten (10) days after a claimant files its claim with the Clerk of the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
