CASE NO. 26-PR-16 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN of the death of KENT R. COLLINS, of Morton, Illinois. Letters Testamentary were issued on January 29, 2026, to MARC W. COLLINS, residing at 533 S. Nelson, Morton, IL 61550, and KAREN L. GARDNER, residing at 80 Forestview Road, Morton, IL 61550, Independent Co-Executors, whose attorneys are Benckendorf & Benckendorf, P.C., 100 N. Main Street, Morton, IL 61550. Claims may be filed on or before August 26, 2026, being more than six (6) months from the date of the first publication hereof: any claim not filed within that period is barred. Claims may be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court at the Tazewell County Courthouse, 342 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554, with the Independent Co-Executors or with the attorney of record.
