THE MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT LIMITS ALLOWED BY THE RESOLUTION OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD ARE: TWO AXLES, SINGLE REAR TIRE 8,000 POUNDS GROSS WEIGHT TWO AXLES, DUAL REAR TIRES 18,000 POUNDS GROSS WEIGHT TWO AXLES, FARM WAGONS OR FERTILIZER WAGONS 9,000 POUNDS GROSS WEIGHT THREE OR MORE AXLES, DUAL REAR TIRES 33,000 POUNDS GROSS WEIGHT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WEIGHT FOR HIGH FLOTATION APPLICATORS: Axle with one tire - 9,000 POUNDS Axle with two tires - 18,000 POUNDS NOTE: In no case shall the GVW exceed 33,000 LBS.
