IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LEE COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY C. TULLY, Deceased. 2026 PR 7 NOTICE OF CLAIM Notice is given of the death of Betty C. Tully, who died on January 16, 2026. Letters of Office were issued on February 11, 2026 to Peggy A. Squires and David J. Tully, as Independent Co-Executors, address of 62 Huntington Pkwy., St. Charles, MO 63301, and whose attorney is Kelly Flessner of Ehrmann Gehlbach Badger & Considine, LLC, 114 E. Everett St., Suite 300, Dixon, Illinois 61021. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Chapter 755 ILCS5/28-4 of the probate act, any interested person terminates independent administration at anytime by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk of the Lee County Court. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk, or with the representative, or both within six months from the date of the first publication, no later than August 13, 2026 and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed. Kelly L.
