IN THE CIRCUIT COURT THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MADISON COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN PROBATE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RALPH E, MILFORD, DECEASED NO. 2025-PR-000451 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Ralph E. Milford. Letters of Office were issued on January 26, 2026, to Jeanne MacAinsh, whose attorney is Nathan T. Levy and Lorraine K. Cavataio, Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., 475 Regency Park, Suite 310, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Madison County Courthouse, 155 North Main Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025, or with the representative, or both, by August 6, 2026, which is six (6) months from the first date of publication of this Notice or, as to a creditor of Decedent whose name and post office address are known to or are reasonably ascertainable by the representative, the later of August 6, 2026, or three (3) months after the date of mailing or delivery of this Notice to such known claimant, and any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under 755 ILCS §5/28-4 of the Probate Act any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
