Waggoner of Godfrey, IL, Madison County, Illinois. On February 17, 2026, the court issued Letters of Office to Executor, Jennifer K. Schoen, whose address is 4812 Azalea Place, Alton, IL 62002, and whose attorney is: Walter C. Ozark, 510 E. 6th Street, Alton, IL 62002. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Madison County Courthouse, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025 or with the representative above named, or both, on or before August 20, 2026 and any claim not so filed is barred.
