CASE NO. 2026 PR 16 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of JOHN TIMOTHY WERNER, formerly of 2322 N. Eastwood Ave, Apt. 101, Streator, IL who died on November 19, 2025. Letters of Office were issued to John V. Werner of 1902 Crimson Lane, Bloomington, IL 61704 and Phillip L. Werner of 1928 N. 17th Road, Streator, IL 61364 on February 2, 2026. The attorney for the estate is Thomas A. Jennings of Livingston, Barger, Brandt & Schroeder, LLP, 115 West Jefferson Street, Suite 400, Bloomington, IL 61701. Claims against the estate may be electronically filed via Odyssey eFileIL with the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, LaSalle County, Illinois or with the representative, or both, on or before August 7, 2026. If filed with the Clerk, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the personal representative and to their attorney and file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery within ten (10) days after a claim has been filed.
