LEGAL NOTICE -Published 02/04, 02/11, 02/18- STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WOODFORD COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HARRY L. BURWELL, DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026 PR 5 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of HARRY L. BURWELL on December 17, 2025, and Letters of Office were issued on January 23, 2026, to DONALD K. DAVIS of 216 Cherry Lane, Washington, Illinois 61571, as Independent Executor, whose attorneys are Mishler & Mishler, P.C., 108 N. Davenport Street, P.O. Box 589, Metamora IL 61548. Claims may be filed on or before the 4th day of August 2026, or six months from the date of the first publication of this Claim Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Woodford County Courthouse, 115 N Main Street, Suite 202, Eureka, Illinois 61530 or with the representative, or both. Within ten (10) days after a claimant files its claim with the Clerk of the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
