PUBLIC NOTICE COMBINED ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE CRYSTAL LAKE PARK DISTRICT McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 2026 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2027 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Com-missioners of the Crystal Lake Park District, McHenry County, Illinois, has pre-pared a tentative Combined Annual Budget and App-ropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2026 and ending April 30, 2027. The tentative ordinance will be available for public inspection beginning March 20, 2026, at the Park District Administrative Office 1 E. Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake, IL, during regular business hours, and will remain available for inspection for at least thirty (30) days prior to final adop tion. In addition, the Com-bined Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance is available for review at www.crystallakeparks.org. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing on said Combined Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 6:30 p.m. on April 20, 2026, at the Main Beach Pavillion, 300 Lakeshore Dr, Crystal Lake, IL. At that time and place, any person may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Following the public hear-ing, the Board of Com-missioners may take action to adopt the Combined Annual Budget and App-ropriation Ordinance at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on April 20, 2026.
