LEGAL NOTICE OF RESOLUTION #321 APPROVING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PLUM CREEK NATURAL AREA Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of the Dixon Park District of Resolution #321 approving the sale of real property located in the Plum Creek Natural Area consisting of 11.845 saleable acres is no longer needed or useful for park purposes and is authorized for sale. Subject property is located in Lee County, Illinois. Four-fifths supermajority of the Board of Commissioners has passed Resolution #321. This Resolution will be available for public inspection at the Dixon Park District office, 1312 Washington Avenue, Dixon, IL during regular office hours beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
