PUBLIC NOTICE March 20, 2026 Dear Community District 155 High School Student, In accordance with the Illinois School Student Records Act (ISSRA), Community High School District 155 is retaining a copy of your temporary school record. Our district is required to maintain these records for a period of five years following your graduation or exit from the district. We are writing to notify you that the records for students who graduated or exited in 2021 will be destroyed in 2026. Your file contains important documents such as special education eligibility forms, Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and other testing data. Should you wish to review or request an electronic copy of your file, please contact Lisa Melendez at lmelendez@d155.org or 815-455-8500, extension 1011, no later than April 30, 2026.
