LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION VIOLATIONS Listed below is a significant industrial wastewater discharge violator with violation requirements of Section 31-811 of the Joliet Code of Ordinances which occurred from January 2025 through December 2025. INDUSTRY NAME: ECOLAB ADDRESS: 3001 CHANNAHON ROAD, JOLIET, IL 60435 VIOLATION: Ecolab did not meet the compliance requirements of their wastewater discharge permit for pollutant discharge for the above referenced timeframe. ACTION TAKEN: Ecolab was issued four (4) total NOVs for forty-one (41) phosphorus discharges. The firm is currently in compliance. INDUSTRY NAME: KALUZNY BROTHERS ADDRESS: 2324 MOUND ROAD, JOLIET, IL 60436 VIOLATION: Kaluzny did not meet the compliance requirements of their wastewater discharge permit and City of Joliet Code of Ordinances for reporting requirements for the above referenced timeframe.
