Notice of Application for Bank Merger
Notice is given that an application (“Application”) has been submitted to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Northeast Region, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor, New York, NY, 10036, on or about April 10, 2026, for consent to merge Signature Bank (“Signature Bank”), main office located at 9450 Bryn Mawr Ave., Ste. 300, Rosemont, IL 60018, into Esquire Bank, National Association (“Esquire Bank”), main office located at 100 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho, NY 11753 (the “Merger”), with Esquire Bank as the surviving bank.
Upon consummation of the Merger, Esquire Bank will continue as a national banking association.  It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of each of the above-named banks in operation immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger will continue to operate upon consummation of the Merger, with the main office of Signature Bank becoming solely a branch office of Esquire Bank.  This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 5.  Anyone may submit written comments on the Application by May 12, 2026, the closing date of the comment period, to: Director of District Licensing, Northeastern District Office, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10036, or by emailing LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov.
