NAVARRO, State's Attorney of LaSalle County and hereby declares that: 1. On 12/18/2025 the State's Attorney received a Notice Of Seizure/ lnventory of Seized Property on below described property from the LASALLE COUNTY SHERIIFF OFFICE a law enforcement agency and: 2. On 12/29/2025 a Notice Of Pending Forfeiture was mailed to the owner(s) and/or interest holders pf the above-captioned property by certified mailed . 3.
