CARLSON, Jr. DECEASED No. 23-PR-67 NOTICE OF FILING OF FINAL REPORT TO: DEBRA KAY EBEL AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JAMES C. CARLSON, JR. Please take notice that on February 20, 2026, the Final Report of Lisa Lougeay Blake, Independent Administrator of the Estate of James C. Carlson, Jr., deceased, was filed with the Circuit Clerk of Jackson County, Illinois, in the herein cause. If no objection to this final report is filed within 42 days after the date that the report was filed, the independent representative will be discharged and the estate closed. In the absence of fraud, accident or mistake, an order discharging the independent representative and declaring the estate closed is binding on each person whose receipt or approval was filed with the report and on each person to whom notice thereof was given in compliance with 755 ILCS 5/28-11(e) of the Illinois Probate Act, as amended, except a ward for whom no personal fiduciary is acting.
