No.2025PR00000580 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of LETIA D. PETERSON, formerly of Lake Villa, Illinois died on June 8, 2025 in Nelson, New Zealand. Letters of office were issued on March 12, 2026, to Brian C. Johnson of 33934 N. Fairway Dr, Antioch, Illinois, whose attorney is Thomas C. O'Brien, 950 Main Street, Antioch, IL 60002. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, IL 60085, or with representative, or both, on or before September 21, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
