LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS Estate of Richard Herbert Pilkington Deceased Gen No. 2026 PR 00000023 Notice is given of the death of Richard Herbert Pilkington of Fox Lake, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on March 16, 2026 to Laura M. Hilger, 27977 W. Wilmot Road, Antioch IL 60002, whose attorney is Tamara Marshall - Kelleher + Holland, LLC, 102 S. Wynstone Park Dr., North Barrington, IL 60010. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before October 20, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or deliv- ered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed. E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases
