IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, 18 COUNTY STREET, WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Mikhail Makhlis, DECEASED. 26 PR 8 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Katherina Makhlis, 1248 Kathleen Court, Antioch, Illinois 60002 , as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Michael Kerns, Heartland Law Firm, 1545 Waukegan Road, Suite 1-3, Glenview, Illinois 60025. The estate will be administered with- out court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
