Case No. 2026 P 1072 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Earnest Bailey, Jr. , of Arington Heights, Illinois . Letters of office were issued on March 25, 2026 to Nicole Bailey, 1528 E. Lillian Avenue, Arling- ton Heights, IL 60004, whose attorney is Caro- line E. Hecht, of Buckley Fine, LLC, 201 S. Grove Avenue, 4th Floor, Barrington, IL 60010. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative(s), or both, on or before October 1, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publi- cation of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
