NOTICE IS GIVEN to the creditors of the death of Phillip Willis, of St. Clair County, Illinois, and that letters of office were issued on December 29, 2025, to Angela Pilger of 600 North 7th Street, Benld, Illinois 62009, Independent Administrator.
The Independent Administrator's attorney of record is ELIZABETH V. HELLER of Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli, P.C., 2227 South State Route 157, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025. This estate is being administered without court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminated independent administrator.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Clair County Courthouse, Belleville, Illinois, or with the Independent Administrator's attorney, or both, within six months from the date of this publication or issuance of letters of office, and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
