Case No. 2026PR13 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of JEFFERY J. LUCUS, formerly of 29369 N. 1200 East Rd, Blackstone, IL who died on February 6, 2026. Letters of Office were issued to Brandon Mason of 101 Prairie Drive, Lexington, IL 61753 on February 23, 2026. Claims against the estate may be electronically filed via Odyssey eFileIL with the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Livingston County, Illinois or with the representative, or both, on or before AUGUST 27, 2026. If filed with the Clerk, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the personal representative and to their attorney and file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery within ten (10) days after a claim has been filed.
