No. 26-PR-10 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of CHARLES WILLIAM KURTOCK of Lincoln, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on March 4, 2026 to Robert W. Porter, Independent Administrator, of Costigan & Wollrab, P.C., 308 East Washington Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701. Claims may be filed on or before September 18, 2026. Any claim not filed by that time is barred. Claims may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at Logan County Courthouse, 601 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois 62656 or claims may be filed with the Personal Representative or both. If filed with the Clerk, the claimant must within 10 days mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the Personal Representative and file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
