RIEDL, Deceased, Case No. 2025 PR 000764 PUBLICATION NOTICE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION Notice is given of the death of KENNETH J. RIEDL whose address was 252 Pueblo Drive, Bolingbrook, Will County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on February 9, 2026 to Lori Bonavolante, 711 S. Palm Avenue, Unit 204, Sarasota, FL 34236, as Independent Administrator whose attorney is A. Kathleen Barauski/ BORLA, NORTH & ASSOCIATES, P.C., 6912 South Main Street, Suite 200, Downers Grove, Illinois 60516. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate ot the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of ANDREA LYNN CHASTEEN, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432 on or before August 13, 2026, any claim not filed within that period is barred.
