No. 2026 PR 53 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Barbara C. Novy, of Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on March 26, 2026, to The Trust Company of Illinois whose address is 1901 Butterfield Rd., Ste. 1000, Downers Grove, IL 60515 and whose attorney is Perry S. Smith, Jr. of Kelleher & Holland, LLC, 102 S. Wynstone Park Dr., North Barrington, IL 60010. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division at the Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, Illinois 60085 or with the representative, or both, on or before October 1, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publi- cation of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
