HERNANDEZ, DECEASED, CASE NUMBER 2025 PR 183 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above-named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Edgar Estrada, 35 H. Lord Avenue, Carpentersville, Illinois 60110 as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is R. Steven Polachek, 1000 Hart Road, Barrington, Illinois 60010. The estate will be administered with- out court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act III.
