IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY DEPARTMENT, PROBATE DIVISION. ESTATE OF MARY L. WARCHOL, DECEASED. NO. 2026P001679. Notice is given of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Theresa Zaworski, 1430 S. 61st Court, Cicero, IL 60804, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is David Courtright (61464), 3306 S. GROVE AVE., BERWYN, IL 60402-3448. Notice to Heirs and Legatees Notice is given to Theresa Zaworski, Unknown Paternal Heirs of Albert Warchol, Unknown Heirs of Robert Fabish, Unknown Heirs of Patricia Green, Juliet Cwiok, Unknown Heirs of Adam Cwiok, Gregory Inciardi, Alan Inciardi, Ronald Cwiak, Alyssa Decesari, Jeffrey Cwiok, Michael Cwiok, Brian Inciardi and Constance Cwiok, who are heirs or legatees in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition to admit the will to probate, that an order was entered by the court on 04/20/2026, admitting the will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in section 5/6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/6-21). You also have the right under section 5/8-1 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission of the will to probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
