PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS) ) SS COUNTY OF WILL) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Norman James Hunter, Jr., Decedent Case No. 2026PR000143 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Norman James Hunter, Jr., whose address was 26746 Dixie Hwy., Crete, IL 60417 Letters of Office were issued on April 24, 2026 to Raymond A. Hunter, 917 Knollside, New Lenox, IL 60451, Independent Administrator. Notice is hereby given to Robert Hoover, 4725 Madison, Apt. 12, Indianapolis, IN 46227, and Jennifer Hunter, c/o Jeff Hunter, 270 Idle Rd., Marysville, PA 17053, and Unknown Heirs, who are heirs or legatees of the above proceeding. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before, the 5th day of November, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a Claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
