Robinson, Deceased, No. 2026PR6 Notice is hereby given of the death of the above and that Letters of Office were issued February 10, 2026 to Darvin R. Robinson. Notice is further given that the estate will be administered without court supervisions, unless under 28-4 fo the Probate Act of 1975 [755 ILCS 5/28- 4(1992 State Bar Edition)], any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by fi ling a petition to terminate with the Circuit Clerk. The Independent Executor's attorney of record is Handegan Law Office, P.O. Box 467, 101 South State Street, Suite 1012, Decatur, Illinois, 62525-0467. Claims against the Estate may be fi led in the Offi ce of the circuit Clerk, DeWitt County Courthouse, 201 W. Washington Street, Clinton, Illinois 61727 on or before August 21, 2026. Any claim no fi led on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim fi led with the court must be mailed of delivered by the claimant to the Independent Executor and to his attorney of record within ten (10) days after is has been fi le.d Furthermore, the claimant shall fi le with the court proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies.
