PUBLIC NOTICE THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE TWENTY-THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DEKALB COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESATE OF: ALEXANDRIA ALEXUS PENA, deceased, Case No. 2026PR000007 NOTICE is given of the death of ALEXANDRIA ALEXUS PENA who died on July 4, 2024 and whose last address was 1812 Tall Meadow Dr., Dekalb, IL. Letters of Office were issued on February 24, 2026 to TIMOTHY PENA whose address is 1812 Tall Meadow Dr., Dekalb, IL 60115, who is the legal representative of the estate. His attorney is Philip J. Bernstein, 11189 Ridgewood Dr., Highland Park, IL 60035. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Dekalb County Circuit Clerk, 133 West State St., Sycamore, IL 60175 or with the estate's legal representative, or both, on or before August 27, 2026. Any claim not filed by the requisite date stated above shall be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk's Office must be mailed or delivered to the estate's legal representative and to his attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
