PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS Estate of: FERNANDO ROBINSON, SR., deceased, Case No.: 2026PR000069 Notice is given to the creditors of the death of the above decedent who died on August 30, 2025. Letters of Office were issued on March 27, 2026 to Fernando Robinson, 14340 Drexel Ave., Dolton, IL 60419, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Philip J. Bernstein, 1189 Ridgewood Dr., Highland Park, IL 60035. The Estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (7555 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County Clerk, Probate Division, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 3, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by section 5/18-3 of the probate Act, the date stated in that notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Court must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
