Flynn DECEASED CASE NUMBER 2025PR000287 PUBLICATION NOTICE AND/OR CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Edward J. Flynn whose address was 5540 Walnut Ave., Unit 9A, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Letters of Office were issued on May 30, 2025 to Nancy H. Ferrini, 5241 Fairmount Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515 as: Independent Executor whose attorney is Michael Overmann. The estate Will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.
