Carpen- ter, who died on July 17, 2025, a resident of 765 Algona Ave., Elgin, Kane County, Illinois. Letters of office was issued on September 24, 2025, to Kenneth R. Carpenter, Executor, 230 W. Prairiefield Ave., Courtland, IL 60112 The attorney for the estate is Rita J. Thomas, 30 N. Western Ave., Carpentersville, IL 60110. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before August 27, 2026. Claims against the estate may be filed with the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 540 Randall Road, St. Charles IL 60174, or with the Executor or both.
