CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Marlene A. Atz of Freeport, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on April 20, 2026 to Terry G. Atz, 3008 Wheatland Terrace, Freeport, IL 61032, Independent Executor, whose attorney is Heather McPherson, McPherson Law Offices, 1720 S. Hance Drive, Freeport, IL 61032. E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases with limited exemptions. To e-file, you must first create an account with an e-filing service provider.
