IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT STARK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF PHYLLIS A. BLAIR, Deceased No. 2026PRS NOTICE TO HEIRS AND LEGATEES AND CLAIM NOTICE To: JEANNE C. MANTFIE, PCAPS f/k/a PAWS, AND UNKNOWN HEIRS Notice is given of the death of Phyllis A. Blair. Notice is given to Jeanne C. Manthe and PCAPS f/k/a PAWS, who are heirs or legatees in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose name or address is not stated in the petition to admit the will to probate, that an order was entered by the court on March 30,2026, admitting the will to probate. Letters of Office were issued on March 30,2026, to Anne C. Rennick as executor whose attorney is Barash & Everett, LLC, P.C., PO Box 165, Galva, IL 61434. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court Toulon, Illinois 61483 or with the representative, or both on or before September 30,2026. Any claim not filed by that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the wiii by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in 6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under section 8-1 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 518-1) to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission of the will to probate.
