Hicks, Sr. CASE NUMBER 2026 PR 000012 Notice is given of the death of Charles E. Hicks, Sr. whose address was 12710 Varina Court, Jacksonville, FL Duval County. Letters of office were issued on March 24, 2026 to Sandra Hicks, 12710 Varina Court, Jacksonville, FL 32223 as: INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before September 28, 2026, any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
