PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY-IN PROBATE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: ROSE MARIE SCHEIDT Deceased. 2025 PR 670 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of ROSE MARIE SCHEIDT, a resident of Joliet, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on March 30, 2026 to RUSSELL SCHEIDT as executor of the Estate, whose address is 15730 Collins Dr., Plainfield, IL 60544 and whose attorney is CARRIE GANCI-CLODI, One Dearborn Square, Suite 400, Kankakee, IL 60901. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Circuit Clerk, 3208 W. McDonough St., Joliet, IL 60431, or with the Representative or both. Any claim not so filed within (6) months from the first date of publication of this claim notice, or if applicable within (3) months from and after the date of mailing or delivery of NOTICE TO CREDITOR, whichever is later, will be barred.
