Notice is hereby given of the death of Susan Diane Cunningham who died on January 14, 2026, a resident of Naperville, Will County, Illinois. 2. The Representative for the estate is Richard D. Cunningham, 2012 Eve Drive, Steubenville, OH 43952. 3. The Attorney for the estate is Margaret A. Kramer of Dreyer Foote Streit Furgason & Slocum, PA, 1999 W. Downer Pl., Ste 101, Aurora, IL 60506. Tel. 630-897-8764. Email mkramer@dreyerfoote.com. 4. Claims against the estate must be filed on or before November 4, 2026. Claims against the estate may be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson, Joliet IL 60432, or with the Representative, or both. Any claim not filed within the period stated above is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and the Attorney for the estate within 10 days after it has been filed with the Clerk. 5. An Order Admitting Susan Diane Cunningham's Will to Probate and Appointing the Representative as Independent Executor for the estate was entered by the Court on April 27, 2026. 6. Within 42 days after the Order Admitting the Will to Probate was entered, you may file a petition with the Court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses as provided in 755 ILCS 5/6-4(b)(1) or 5/6-5 of the Illinois Probate Act. 7. Within 6 months after the Order Admitting the Will to Probate was entered, you may file a petition with the Court to contest the validity of the Will as provided in 755 ILCS 5/8-1 of the Illinois Probate Act. 8.
