Letters of office were issued on February 17, 2026, to Laura Mayer, 411 Benton Road, Lake Villa, IL 60046 whose attorney is Advocate Law, LLC, 1862 East Belvidere Road, Ste 211, Grayslake, IL 60030. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before September 6, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
