IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, 18 COUNTY STREET, WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Craig Podolski, DECEASED. 25 PR 700 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Susan Podolski, 21343 West Spruce Road, Lake Zurich, Illinois 60047, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Kathryn L. Conway, Power Rogers, LLP, 70 West Madison Street, Suite 5500, Chicago, Illi- nois 60602. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed with the clerk or with the repre- sentative, or both, on or before September 24, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the repre- sentative
