LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF MARILYN DIPKIN, DECEASED CASE NO. 2025PR00000662 Notice is given of the death of Marilyn Dipkin of Lincolnshire, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on February 17, 2026 to Andrew P. Dipkin of 1076 Monte Verde Drive, Pacifica, CA 94044, whose attorney is Eliza- beth C. Cronin of Ralph, Schwab & Schiever, Chtd. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before September 9, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or deliv- ered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
