No. 2025 P 748 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above-named decedent. On February 4, 2026, Letters of Office were issued to Dawn Baca, 2N755 Alma Ave., Lombard, IL 60148, as Independent Executor whose attorney of record is Philip A. May, Esq., Estate and Probate Legal Group, 915 Harger Road, Suite 301, Oakbrook, IL 60523. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office ofthe clerk, Andrea Lynn Chasteen, 14 W. Jefferson St., Joliet IL 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 19, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
