MCDANIEL, DECEASED NO. 2026-PR-27 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of NICHOLAS A. MCDANIEL. Letters of Office were issued on March 23, 2026 to EMERSON L. MCDANIEL whose address is 300 S. Main St., P.O. Box 36, Mackinaw, IL 61755 and PARIS HASTY whose address is 303 W. Susan Lane, Mackinaw, IL 61755 as Independent Co-Administrators whose attorney is McGrath Law Office, P.C., 1600 S. Fourth Ave., Ste. 137, Morton, IL 61550 Claims against the estate may be filed within 6 months from the date of first publication of this notice. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication shall be barred.
