Jackson Trust ) ) Date of Deed in Trust: December 29, 1981 ) Case No. ) 2026CH1 Date of Trust: December 28, 1984 ) PUBLICATION NOTICE The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to: Unknown Owners, Unknown Heirs or Legatees of Dr. Clarence P. Jackson, Non-record Claimants, all Youth Groups of McDonough County, Illinois, including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, 4-H, Youth Service Bureau and Camp Fire Girls and all other organized Youth Groups, all YMCA of McDonough County organizations, all organized McDonough County Senior Citizens Groups, all organized McDonough County Church Groups and all organized McDonough County Educational Groups and Educational Societies, and all youth and educational groups not specifically mentioned herein, their heirs and legatees and all whom it may concern, that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of McDonough County, Illinois, by the Petitioner, YMCA of McDonough County, Illinois, seeking modification of the trust provisions set forth in a deed recorded in the office of the McDonough County Recorder on December 30, 1981 as document no. 81-4641 executed by Dr. Clarence P. Jackson Trust and permission to sell certain parcels of real estate legally described as follows: All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Ten (10) lying South of Crooked Creek as said Crooked Creek was located on October 27, 1938; also all the part of the East Half (E ½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Sixteen (16) lying South of Crooked Creek; all that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Nine (9) lying South of Crooked Creek; the North Three (3) acres of the West Half (W ½) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section Fifteen (15) all situated in Township Five (5) North, Range Four (4) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, situated in the County of McDonough, in the State of Illinois, subject to the reservation of three-fourths (3/4) interest in all oil, gas and mineral rights in and to said real estate, as shown by a Deed dated October 28, 1952, and recorded February 17, 1953, and by a Deed dated January 19, 1953 and recorded February 17, 1953, said Deeds conveyed said real estate to Prairie Council Boy Scouts of America, Inc., also; The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Five (5) North, Range Four (4) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian (4th P.M.) McDonough County, Illinois. Also a strip of land one (1) rod in width off of the East side of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Five (5) North, Range Four (4) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian. Now, therefore, unless you, the said defendants, file your answer or otherwise make your appearance in said case in the office of the McDonough County Circuit Clerk, McDonough County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Macomb, IL 61455, on or before July 10, 2026, default may be entered against you any time after, and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said petition.
