ROSS, Deceased 2026-PR-14 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Eldon D. Ross. Letters of Office were issued on February 27, 2026, to Jonathan E. Ross, 26342 Angling Road, Malden, Illinois 61337 and David H. Ross, 15515 US Highway 6, Princeton, Illinois 61356 as Independent Executors, whose attorneys are Russell, English, Scoma & Beneke, P.C., Ten Park Avenue West, Princeton, Illinois 61356. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Bureau County Courthouse, Princeton, Illinois 61356, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 16, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 8-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed by that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk are to be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
