Sutterlin, Jr. Case No. 2025 PR 314 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of William E. Sutterlin, Jr. whose address was 12955 W. Smith Rd., Manhattan, IL 60442. Letters of office were issued on January 27, 2026, to Sandra M. Shepard, 1409 Argyle Lane North, Bourbonnais, Iil 60914, Independent Executor, whose attorney Timothy J. Klein, Esq.. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Iillinois or with the representative, or both, on or before August 13, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
