IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILLIAMSON COUNTY, ILLINOIS In the Matter of the Estate of Hugh Van Trammell, Deceased No. 2026PR5 AMENDED CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Hugh Van Trammell, of Creal Springs, Williamson County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on February 9, 2026, to John Trammell, 24033 Pleasant Valley Rd., Stonefort, IL 62987, whose attorney is Joshua D. Boardman, Johnson, Schneider & Ferrell, L.L.C., 212 North Main St., Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Williamson County Courthouse, 200 West Jefferson Street, Suite 100, Marion, Illinois 62959, or with the representative, or both, by October 15, 2026, or six (6) months from the date of mailing or delivery of a personal claim notice, whichever date is later, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
